Mauro takes the on-court classroom to a whole new level. He explains the fundamentals and swing mechanics in a concise, easy-to-understand manner...I can't say enough great things about Mauro's teaching. With his extensive background, teaching both the weekend warrior and the world-class junior, Mauro consistently gets results!

Mauro’s method of teaching with analogies is so effective that I feel like light bulbs are lighting up all around me throughout our lessons. He makes so much sense!! That, coupled with his enthusiasm for seeing me improve, makes him an instructor like no other! My kids (ages 7 & 9) have also taken lessons from Mauro and his teaching approach is just as effective with kids.

Hi Mauro,
Great advice and a terrific analogy about finding the exact grip, which is so important for hitting the backhand correctly. When the grip is off, the shot will be off!
Thanks for all the great teaching and I enjoy your enthusiasm and confidence.

Tennis and music!! Great analogy!! In my opinion this is the best stroke you teach, the one I learned with you 25 years ago and saves me on the court till this day. You keep getting better and better as to how you teach it coach Mauro!!
AWESOME!! Not enough emphasis has been placed on the use of the non dominant hand pertaining to stroke production. Coach Mauro “hits the nail on the head” with this easy to learn move that will ensure your backhand grip is both functional AND ALSO consistent… STROKE AFTER STROKE!! Practice sitting in front of the television, or on the ball machine/wall at the courts, and your transition from forehand to backhand and back will be smooth, effortless, and SURE!! GREAT TIP, thanks Coach Mauro!!
